LASIK surgery is minimally evasive and is highly effective for a wide range of prescriptions. While undergoing the proceedure, your vision is repaired through the use of a cool light beam that reshapes the surface of the cornea. Once the proceedure is complete, your vision is corrected and recovery time typically amounts to only being a few hours.
